The New York Times reported that NY prosecutors subpoenaed Deutsche Bank for their investigation into President Trump's business dealings.

The Supreme Court recently made a decision on a related matter when it ordered a lower court to review its decision to have the bank, and Trump's accounting firm, hand over tax records to Congress. Because of this, “the subpoenas would not be enforced until after the presidential election in November, if at all.”

This adds another serious concern for Trump should he lose the election and the protection his office currently provides.
