To-do list: win the election and brace for it

How much effort should go towards winning elections this cycle?How much effort should go towards preparing to deal with the eventuality in which a recalcitrant loser fears retribution for a litany of offenses? (This is probably necessarily clandestine, but I’d feel a lot better if I heard any sort of rumblings.)
